Kids Yoga

Let’s explore yoga together!  Through poses, breathing and meditation we teach children effective coping tools that are invaluable in life.  Let’s destress and bring the focus back to our bodies, learning healthy ways to manage life, all while having fun with our fellow yogis.  Your child will gain flexibility in the body, as well as the mind!

Kidyasa

This yoga class is different than other children’s yoga classes. Through Karate I have seen that children are capable of tremendous focus and body awareness.  This class will build off of this philosophy, requiring children to stay focused on breath and movement.  We will learn to allow the breath to move us into each posture.  In vinyasa we flow through the poses, rather than stopping in between each pose.  It will be challenging physically and mentally.  Of course, games will be incorporated into each class to keep the vibe fun and uplifting. I like to think of this class as a moving meditation for the children!  Ages 7 and up welcome.


Family Yoga

We will explore the joy of yoga as a family.  Individual yoga poses, along with partner/family poses, will be the beginning of a fun filled family night.  Let us dedicate this hour to connecting with one another without any distractions.  We are all busy with work, school, extra-curricular activities, and let’s not forget those devices!  Not only is yoga a great family activity, it has the potential to unleash an abundance of health benefits.  Honoring your physical and emotional body with an amazing yoga practice while enjoying authentic family time… sounds like the perfect evening! Children age 5 and up welcome.

 

Adult Yoga

All levels are welcome in our adult yoga classes. Spend this time focusing on yourself, through breathing, movement and meditation. Whether you have a regular practice or this is your first class, you will find your peace and balance.

 

Joy-ful Yoga

For kids age 5-7 years old this yoga class is play and imagination based.  Yoga poses come to life, letting the kids imagination take them to new places.  Connecting to their breath and their body will give mental clarity and physical awareness.  Through yoga poses, breath work, meditation and mindfulness activities, your child will get a well-rounded holistic “work out”! 

Toddler Time Yoga

Come and unwind, while your toddler enjoys fun and imaginative play time. You’ll get connected through fun yoga poses, games and more. Enjoy quality time with your little one, while nurturing your body, mind and spirit! We recognize how amazing and challenging raising kids can be, all at the same time. So change it up in this fun class that you can enjoy with your toddler. Genuine quality time.

Teen Yoga

Join us for a 5 week series of Girl Power Circles. Spend an hour doing yoga, talking, journaling and being guided to explore yourself a little deeper.  The circle provides a space for girls to support others and be supported as well.  They will get used to the energy of being in a safe environment. Where they are free to be themselves and just let go, physically and emotionally.  Talk about an awesome way to destress!  This is truly a holistic approach to health…  moving the body, increasing flexibility, connecting to breath, meditation and time with friends!
